On-Set Art Direction Support

Overview

“Be Your Beautiful” was a campaign developed for Sono Bello focused on confidence, empowerment, and personal transformation. I supported the project as an on-set Art Director, working alongside the agency team, production company, and client to help ensure the creative vision translated clearly during production.

Challenge

As an on-set support role, the challenge was not concept ownership but execution. The work required maintaining alignment with the approved storyboard and Executive Creative Director’s vision while navigating the fast pace and complexity of a live production environment with multiple stakeholders on set.

Approach & Outcome

I provided on-set art direction support, helping monitor visual details, continuity, and execution to ensure the footage aligned with the intended tone and creative direction. The role required close collaboration with agency partners, the production team, and client stakeholders, along with clear communication and adaptability throughout the shoot.
The production successfully captured the campaign’s message and tone, and the experience strengthened my understanding of on-set workflows, production dynamics, and client-facing collaboration, adding valuable depth to my art direction and production experience.
